SIRT participated in the session “Update on the Cybersecurity Needs Analysis in Spain, ” organized by AMETIC. The event brought together industry professionals to analyze current cybersecurity challenges and the skills the market will need in the coming years.

Talent, Skills, and Digital Resilience
During the roundtable discussion, key issues such as talent acquisition, the development of new skills, and the need to strengthen the digital resilience of businesses, government agencies, and society were addressed.
The discussion featured professionals from TECNALIA Research & Innovation, Airbus, Cybertix and UNIR, and was moderated by Natalia Ares, vice president of AMETIC’s Cybersecurity Commission.

The session highlighted the importance of collaboration among businesses, industry, academia, and institutions in responding to an increasingly complex environment.
