SIRT participated in the Business Mission to Brussels, an initiative aimed at bringing the European digital ecosystem closer to Catalan companies and fostering new opportunities for international collaboration. The mission provided an opportunity to gain firsthand insight into strategic European Union programs, explore funding avenues, and identify potential partnerships with institutions, companies, and key players in the European landscape.
Representing SIRT were Josep-Ramon Ferrer Escoda, Director of Innovation and Business Development, and Alex Colás Fernández, Corporate & International Business, who actively participated in the working sessions and networking events organized during the mission.
European Innovation and Opportunities for Collaboration
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to learn more about European programs such as Horizon Europe and Digital Europe, as well as various funding, innovation, and international cooperation instruments.
In addition, the mission provided an opportunity to connect with European institutions and organizations in the digital ecosystem. As a result, SIRT was able to identify new opportunities to promote innovation projects, explore future international consortia, and strengthen its presence in Europe.
