SIRT participated in the Real Work event organized by the RADIA Program, an initiative that promotes access to the tech sector for women with disabilities. This program highlights the key role that companies play in connecting talent, training, and real opportunities within the digital ecosystem.

As one of the participating companies, SIRT supports the individuals in the program by exposing them to real-world experiences in the technology sector and contributing to a more diverse, accessible, and inclusive digital transformation.

Technology, Diversity, and Inclusion

The RADIA Program works to bridge a triple gap: gender, disability, and access to technology professions. Sponsored by the ONCE Foundation / Inserta, the CEOE Foundation and the Conference of Social Councils of Spanish Universities, with the support of Indra Group, the program offers training pathways focused on professional development in the digital field.

In this context, the Real Work event highlighted the commitment of the technology companies that will support the participants in the sixth edition of RADIA. It also served as a forum to strengthen collaboration among organizations, companies, and talent.

SIRT: A Commitment to Talent Without Barriers

Edurne Monge attended on behalf of SIRT, reaffirming the company's commitment to more inclusive technology and to creating opportunities for a diverse workforce.

For SIRT, participating in initiatives like RADIA means helping talent thrive without barriers. It also brings the technology sector closer to people who want to build their professional future in an increasingly strategic environment.

A program with a real impact

The impact of the RADIA Program is already a reality. Nearly 250 women have participated in its six sessions. In addition, 61 of them have found jobs, improved their working conditions, or started their own businesses after completing the training program.

These results highlight the importance of promoting collaborative projects among social organizations, universities, and businesses. In this regard, SIRT agrees with Ángel Sánchez, executive director of the CEOE Foundation, who emphasized that “all major projects are collaborative.”

Toward a More Inclusive Digital Transformation

SIRT’s participation in the RADIA Program reinforces its commitment to a more open, diverse, and future-ready technology ecosystem. Because innovation only achieves its true value when it creates opportunities and enables more people to be part of the change.

At SIRT, we will continue to support initiatives that bring together talent, technology, and inclusion, contributing to a more humane and barrier-free digital transformation.
