Our approach follows industry best practices, such as the 3-2-1-1-0 rule (three copies, two different formats, one in a different environment, one offline or immutable, and zero errors) and our extensive experience across various environments, ensuring optimized and effective solutions. We offer support for the implementation of all detected improvements, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.

• Periodic Backup Validation: To guarantee service reliability, we perform regular backup validations to ensure their integrity and functionality, confirming that data can be reliably restored in the event of an incident.

• Integration with Other Security Services: We collaborate with the CyberGRC Office (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to ensure that all data management policies and procedures comply with applicable regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other sector-specific regulations. We work with the SOC to monitor data security and receive early alerts on potential incidents, enabling a rapid and coordinated response. We coordinate with the CSIRT for data recovery and restoration in case of incidents, ensuring remediation measures are effective and swift. We integrate with SIRT’s Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to enable DRS in an agile and automated manner with the lowest possible recurring cost.
