Quality and Environment Policy

The primary goal of SIRT’s Quality and Environmental Policy is to achieve complete satisfaction for clients and stakeholders, both current and potential, within the organizational context. It aims to demonstrate the Company’s capability to consistently deliver work that meets the required quality standards and protects the environment.

Management is responsible for the Company’s customer relationships and is committed to the continuous improvement of quality and environmental practices to ensure both current and future success. Employees and clients are encouraged to offer suggestions that enhance our quality level and environmental protection efforts.

The guidelines established to achieve this goal include:

  • Regular reviews of the Quality and Environmental Management System to ensure it remains up-to-date.
  • Integration of all Company departments. Quality and environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility, requiring the participation of all employees and promoting teamwork in prevention, problem analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Training, motivation, and development of personnel to ensure high-quality work performance, along with a constant focus on total customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting customer expectations by providing tailored solutions to address each specific need.
  • Offering services as requested by clients, while striving to minimize any environmental impact from our activities.
  • Complying with all requirements set by clients, as well as legal, regulatory, or other applicable standards in the fields of quality and environmental protection.
  • Using natural and energy resources responsibly in all Company activities.

This Policy is the responsibility of every member of SIRT. It is communicated throughout the organization to ensure it is understood, followed, and available to anyone who requests it. Furthermore, this Policy is periodically reviewed, analyzed, and updated to maintain its relevance.
